My long await for visiting this fine dining place has come
to an end on Monday when I landed to CC1 and accidentally met one of my oldest
pal. We planned to have our lunch together and marched to one of the most
promising brand of Ambuja Neotia.
We got a very warm welcomed from the reception and was
introduced to the buffet area. Entire place was decorated with FIFA World Cup
theme followed up with flags, banners and mini playground on all the tables.
They have a wonderful sitting arrangement in open air for people who love the
natural weather and have smoking zone too. The ambiance is wonderful with soft
music playing throughout, making your mood to go for quick cocktail or mock
tail with mouthwatering starters.
The menu for buffet is too huge and naming them all will be
quite tough for me. I will try definitely to name some of them for sure. Here
are the counts:
- Garlic Coriander Chilli Soup
- Potato, Cucumber, Onion, Carrot with Japanese Mayonnaise
- Crispy Noodles Salad with Pickled Vegetable
- Burnt Ginger Corn Fried Rice
- Vegetable Hakka Noodles
- Java Style Fish with Broccoli
- Slice Chicken in Spice to-ban Chili Sauce
- Okra, Eggplant, French Bean, Onion Cra Pao Sauce
- Sweet & Sour Cottage with Tangy Pineapple
While enjoying awesomeness of food, I came to know that they
are starting their mango mania festival from today and are going to serve delicacies
prepared with mango. I was super excited to taste them so directly asked to
serve some. I had an opportunity to enjoy the following:
- Chef’s Special Mango & Mint Mocktail
- Sliders of Grilled Thai Chicken with Hoisin Gochujang Chili Mango Dip
- Classic Mango Pudding with Coconut Ice Cream
Finally closing my food journey here, I must say! This was
my best afternoon and lunch I had till date. I became a fan of ‘The Orient’ for
their awesomeness of food and high quality hospitality services.
