The Steak Factory - A Place to Enjoy Live BBQ

*Long Post ALERT* - So, how hard would it be to describe the flavor, taste and gastronomical experience? A whole Lot. I bet all foodies, just like me, would agree to it! Coming to the review I recently happened to visit the newly open outlet of the ‘The Steak Factory’ in Salt Lake, Near CAP Camp. I was super hungry way back home after a long hectic client meeting and decided to stop by it and grab a small portion of a meal.

Ambiance (5/5) - No need to book your tickets to Texas, because once you step in, you're in Texas! The ambiance is warm, people chirping, some digging while others enjoying the ambiance. It transports you right into some backward of a farmhouse with LIVE BBQ. Quite an experience!

FOOD (5/5) - Right from setting my foot into Steak Factory, grabbing a small portion of meal turned out into long portions! :P

• Virgin Mojito - Started off with this sparkling, minty, tangy mojito leaving my palate craving for more.
• Mutton Galawti Kebab - Next, the kebabs with coriander and curd chutney and freshly sliced salad came on a nicely decorated wooden serving platter. The kebabs were soft, aromatic and more flavorsome if dipped into the heavenly well-balanced chutney. A must try.  
• Fish & Chips - A famous American snack, gave it a try finally and I must admit, I never thought I would enjoy it. The batter was nicely flavored and baked thoroughly. The Chips sure did gave a good competition to the fish. ;) Overall, a balanced out the dish.
• Chicken Cheese Kebab - Chickens were well marinated with herbs and spices with a thick coating of freshly wrapped cheese, cheesy and gooey. One word - D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!

• Tenderloin Kebab - Much heard about this Kebab platter. So, decided to give it a try. The kebabs are rubbed with spices, flavorful, juicy and fresh leaving one to want more.
• Fish Kebab - I love Fish. Growing up in Bengal and saying NO to Fish is a crime! :P This dish as well was nicely marinated spices and herbs, freshly done came along with accompaniments.
• Chelo Kebab - This dish. We don’t need any introduction to it. One can say it’s a part of Kolkata’s heritage now. Butter Rice topped with sunny side up egg, Kebabs and veggies BBQ’d well on the sides. A good hearty dish.
• Blue Berry Pie - I've tried many blueberry pies and this was the best and tasted delicious. The berries were plump and the sauce stayed together, not runny. This will be my go-to-eat-pie for sure!
• Ferro Rocher Cheese Cake - This luscious and rich ultimate Ferrero Rocher cheesecake is soft, moist and cheesy, topped with walnuts sprinkled all over. A must-try for the cheesecake lover!

All in one, it was a good decision to satisfy my sudden hunger pang! A must visit place to eat and enjoy in a totally Texas Style. If you haven’t visited, you must for sure. :)
